If you need a new water heater and you are in his area - stop now and just go with Freddie. His process for quoting is honest and straight forward - recommending what you need and what you could or could not do. He scheduled a time, was spot on with his setup, timing and quality. He requested photos in advance as we did the quote over the phone vs him stopping by - and he requested a few more but all worth the time as the installation weren't exactly as planned if not a bit better. Our Noritz water heater went dead suddenly after 12 years of 1st hand usage. Contacted Noritz customer support finding out the closest replacement model and a list of local installers. Phoned up Agape Waters Plumbing and the owner Freddie followed up immediately coming to our rescue. He ordered the new heater and all the required accessory parts as soon as possible, and without any delay installed the new heater next day morning with high quality parts of brand new replacement pipes/valves connecting parts. Hot water flows without any glitch once Freddie installed the new heater perfectly. Agape was so lovingly kind and considerate and even submitted our heater warranty for us to Noritz couple hours after the installation. If you are looking to convert to tankless, call Freddie at Agape. Professional, on time, knowledgable, and a very clean install. We ended up getting the tankless with a hole house water filter. Agape was significantly more affordable than what we were originally expecting.
